Advanced Combat Tracker not working correctly. My ACT had some sort of corruption, basically forcing me to re-install the whole thing. I used to have Kagerou and the dps was in yellow and blue writing (pic). I can't get that dps to show, after removing my old ACT i don't seem to have a folder on my Desktop anymore also.

The ACT shows my location and log time when selecting my character, and the TTS callouts work for the test dummy only. No other data is being recorded.
July 2020 edited January 2022. ACT is compiled in such a way that the OS will pick 32/64 and prefer 64-bit where available. I've never seen it prefer 32-bit instead. ACTx86 is a wrapper that requires 32-bit and loads normal ACT in that context. I attached the reverse of this idea... The default location should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Advanced Combat Tracker. In the ACT folder, select the Advanced Combat Tracker application and click on Open. Back in the dialog window, click on Add to add ACT to the windows firewall exceptions. Advanced Combat Tracker should now appear in the list of Allowed apps and features.

Nobody has been banned for it (at least that anyone knows of). Our group has been posting DPS numbers in party/LS/FC chat for ages. As a general rule of thumb, don't use a parser to harass someone. Harassment can and will get you banned, and using a 3rd party tool to aid in it would be icing on the cake.

I use Nord VPN and when it is inactive ACT logs normally. However, when I connect to the VPN, it does not log. I get a message in the bottom right of my screen asking if I would like ACT to add itself as a firewall exception in Windows ("Failure: Unable to access network data.
